CONSTMACH JC-1 Mobile Jaw Crusher is an excellent solution for crushing the hardest and most abrasive rocks, particularly stones with high silica (SiO2) content like granite, basalt, and gabbro. The plant is equipped with a Metso HP 100 or equivalent model cone crusher, and it can simultaneously produce 3 or 4 different fractions.

If a finer material ratio or more cubic products are needed, the plant can be equipped with a VSI crusher, turning it into a V-70 mobile sand making plant. In this case, the overall configuration is referred to as JCV-1.
