The company's trade life begins with the purchase and sale of last sewing machine and shoe repair machine with the influence of the environment and the market. Later, his sons Mehmet MEYDAN and Zeki MEYDAN start their business lives with repair work alongside their fathers. Meydan Group sells Shoe Sewing Machines, Fabric Dyeing Machines, Bag Sewing Machines, Leather Sewing Machines, Transfer Printing Press. In 1995, the company is established as MEYDAN AYAK. DERİ. SAR. DİK. MAK. SAN. ve TİC. AŞ., and also opens a branch in İMÇ 4th Block Unkapanı. Starting machine importation from Taiwan, the company becomes the distributor of TAKING brand, then PFAFF Shoe and Bag machines, followed by German Companies FORTUNA and STROBEL and Dutch Company GLOBAL in Turkey. When İMÇ 4th Block Unkapanı is no longer sufficient, the company moves from a 140 m2 working area to a 1350 m2 workplace in Çeşme / Güngören. Meanwhile, the 3rd brother Cemil MEYDAN starts working. Identifying the deficiencies in the quality and production of spare parts industry in Turkey and directed by their father Murat MEYDAN, they build a factory building with 6,400 m2 closed and 2,700 m2 open area in Selimpaşa / Silivri and switch to part and machine production.
