Pneumatic roller mill is used in rough and high grinding processes of cleaned products.

The Single Deck Pneumatic Roller Mill performs the grinding process with two pairs of roller balls placed parallel to each other, with different diameters and either toothed or smooth, depending on the characteristics of the product to be ground.

The product taken into the machine from the glass inlet nozzle is distributed in a homogeneous curtain shape between the grinding roller balls rotating towards each other through the crush rollers.

When the product reaches the glass inlet nozzle of the machine, due to the arising exciting force, the roller balls approach each other and the crush rollers start moving, allowing the product to flow at the same level. When the product is completely finished, the roller balls separate from each other with the pushing force of the air piston, and the curtain of crush closes completely.

The circulation of the product between the rollers and the sieve continues until the desired result is achieved.
