• Flexible Routing Options: Any product rows that cannot be immediately processed are efficiently redirected to the next station, either via a conveyor belt or a feedback system, ensuring no interruption in the workflow.

• Direct and Indirect Stations: The system includes options for both direct and indirect handling of products:

  • Direct: Products are transferred directly to the transverse discharge belt and then routed to the packaging line through a lateral belt. Optional additional transverse discharge belts can be installed for storage, directing rows straight to the packaging line via a diverter.

  • Indirect: Product sequences are first moved to a sheet belt, which then transfers the rows to the transverse unloading belt once the preceding row is cleared.

• Hygienic Design: All components such as the transverse discharge belts, storage belts, and sheet belts are positioned above the main belts, providing optimal access for detecting and cleaning any dirt, thus maintaining a clean and efficient operation.

• Ease of Maintenance: The design ensures easy access for maintenance and cleaning, particularly the ejection of the sheet belt and the transverse discharge belt, enhancing overall system longevity and reliability.
