The cage meshes are in 60 x 60 cm dimensions. The side walls are made of galvanized wire. This provides a more homogeneous and efficient ventilation. With suitable inclined bottom wires, it is ensured that the eggs easily reach the egg channel, thereby minimizing the rate of breakage and contamination in the eggs.
The feed cart feeding system is fully automatic and made entirely of galvanized sheet. The feed cart system is developed taking into account the drawbacks of the chain feeding system. In the much more ideal feed cart system, the feed is provided in a sanitary, homogeneous, mixed, and evenly distributed manner through specially designed feed distribution devices. Feed waste is minimized. Feed is stored in 6-legged conical-based silos located outside the poultry houses. The feed passes automatically to the feed carts through spiral helixes with a diameter of 125 mm, starting from the bottom of the silo to the feed buckets. When the feed buckets are full, the system stops automatically thanks to photoelectric sensors. The feed buckets move along the line at pre-set periodic intervals on both sides of the row, emptying the feed into the feeders. Feed carts move on the rails above the cages with 0.75 HP electric motors and imported steel ropes. Feeders are specially designed to distribute an equal amount of feed to each floor in chicken cage systems and to prevent the feed from spilling outside the feeder. This system minimizes feed waste and provides fresh feed to the animals. In addition, by eliminating the chicken's ability to select its feed, it ensures that the entire feed content is consumed by the chicken.
The watering system consists of PVC pipes running from cage to cage, with 2 red plastic and stainless steel nipples per eye and a plastic drop catcher shaped like a V below. When poultry touch the metal piece at the end of the red nipples, automatic water flow is provided. Birds meet their water needs in this way. Excess water flowing at the moment of touching the nipples falls into the V drop catcher under the watering pipe. Thus, the manure belts under the cage eyes do not get wet. There is 1 water tank at each floor and row. Water from the water network is delivered to the reservoirs at the appropriate pressure and then sent to the drinking water pipes.
Manure Evacuation System
Manure is cleaned by means of 1 mm thick Polypropylene (PP) manure belts that run along each cage row and floor, which allows the manure to be cleaned perfectly, with the help of 1 HP manure belt reduction gear motors. This strong and robust structure works seamlessly even in very long poultryhouses. The manure transferred to the horizontal manure discharge conveyor at the end of the poultry house is transferred to the vertical manure discharge conveyor outside the poultry house. Manure transfer conveyors are made of galvanized steel construction and operate on fixed pipes with 5 mm thick rubber belts with modular cords and front and rear scrapers driven by a 1.5 HP reduction gear motor.
A protective cover is placed on the part of the manure belts opposite the back of the cage to prevent the manure from splashing out and to transfer the manure to the manure conveyor properly.
There is a lift system that moves up and down to reach each floor. The automatic egg collection unit is made of galvanized sheet and material by GÜRES TECHNOLOGY. The egg conveyor, again produced by GÜRES TECHNOLOGY, is produced with a galvanized sheet body; it is electrostatic plastic coated, oven painted chain and bar, and reduction-geared lift mechanism. The conveyor motor is 0.75 HP, the belt motor is 0.75 HP, the elevator motor is 0.75 HP in power.
Eggs are transported with imported canvas egg belts and the connecting elements are made of plastic. Imported canvas belts are antistatic and dustproof. The egg canvas belts that extend along the cages and turn, are moved by egg collection heads. The canvas belts and lower wire are designed to prevent eggs from colliding. With the up and down movement of the conveyor system, eggs on each floor are transferred from the egg belts to the egg transportation conveyor. Plastic intermediate passage elements are placed at the transition points to prevent the eggs from being damaged while being transferred to the belt conveyor. Thus, eggs are collected with minimal energy consumption. Since it is possible to turn 90 degrees + 90 degrees in the system, the eggs are prevented from breaking without any need for transfer and the system can be mounted according to egg collection and sorting machines. Special brushes are placed at the end of each row to keep the egg belts clean.
