The main components of cage systems are made of galvanized sheet and galvanized wire materials. The construction of our cages and the galvanized sheets and wires used in the cage partitions are ISO 9001 certified; the surface coatings of the sheets and wires used are of high standards.
The design of the cage system is designed to be unaffected by ground movements. In the main structure of the cage system, there is a cage foot every 60 cm and wide-based shoes placed under these feet. Thus, the system, which gains maximum resistance, can be installed smoothly up to 8 floors without platforms and up to 12 floors with platforms.

 Cage Eyes
The cage eyes are 60 x 50 cm in size. The side walls are made of galvanized wire. In this way, a more homogeneous and efficient ventilation is provided. With suitable inclined bottom wires, it is ensured that the eggs reach the egg channel easily and thus, the rate of breakage and dirtiness in the eggs is minimized.

Feeding System
The feed car feeding system is fully automatic and made entirely of galvanized sheet metal. It is a feed car system developed by taking into account the disadvantages of the chain feeding system. With specially designed feed distribution apparatuses in the feed car system, the feed is made sanitary, homogeneous, mixed, and evenly distributed. Feed waste is minimized. Feed is stored in conical-bottomed silos with 6 legs located outside the sheds. Feed is distributed automatically to feed cars through 125 mm diameter pipes extending from the bottom of the silo to the feed buckets via spiral helixes. When the feed buckets are full, the system stops automatically thanks to photo sensors. The feed buckets move along the line at preset periodic intervals, emptying the feed into the feeders. Feed cars move on rails over the cages with the help of 0.75 HP electric motors and imported steel cables. Feeders are specially designed to distribute equal amounts of feed to each floor in poultry cage systems and to prevent the feed from spilling out of the feeding troughs. With this system, feed waste is minimized, fresh feed is provided to the animals. In addition, the option for the hen to select the feed is eliminated, ensuring that the feed content is consumed entirely by the hen.

Water Drinking System
The watering system consists of 2 red plastic and stainless steel nipples located on a PVC pipe that passes through the cage from end to end. Beneath it, there is a plastic droplet catcher in a V shape. When the poultry touch the metal part at the end of the red nipples, automatic water flow is provided. The poultry fulfill their water needs in this way. During touching the nipples to flow, excess waters flow into the V-shape droplet located under the drinking pipe. Thus, the manure bands under the cage eyes remain dry. There is 1 water reservoir on each floor and row. Water from the water network is delivered to the reservoirs under suitable pressure and then to the drinking water pipes.

Manure Removal System
Manure is cleaned by pulling it with 1 mm thick Polypropylene (PP) manure belts running along the cage from end to end and allowing the manure to be cleaned perfectly, thanks to 1 HP manure band geared motors. This robust and strong structure works smoothly even in very long sheds. The manure transferred to the horizontal manure discharge conveyor at the end of each floor via rollers and scrapers and then to the vertical manure discharge conveyor placed outside the shed. Manure transfer conveyors are made of galvanized sheet metal construction and run on fixed pipes with corded 5 mm thick rubber belts and front-back scrapers and a 1.5 HP geared motor.

A protective cover is placed on the part of the manure bands that corresponds to the back of the cage to prevent the manure from splashing out and dirtying the cage, and to transfer the manure to the manure conveyor smoothly.

Automatic Egg Collection System
There is a lift system that moves up and down to reach each floor. The automatic egg collection unit is made of galvanized sheet metal and material by GÜRES TECHNOLOGY. The egg conveyor is also produced by GÜRES TECHNOLOGY with a galvanized sheet metal body; it has an electrostatic plastic-coated oven-painted chain and bar, geared lift arrangement. The conveyor motor is 0.75 HP, the belt motor is 0.75 HP, the elevator motor is 0.75 HP.
With imported fabric egg belts, the eggs are transported and the connecting elements are made of plastic. Imported fabric belts are antistatic and dustproof. The egg fabric belts that extend along the cages and turn are moved with egg collection heads. The fabric belts and bottom wire are designed to prevent the eggs from colliding. With the up-and-down movement of the elevator conveyor system, the eggs on each floor are transferred from the egg conveyor to the egg transport conveyor. Plastic intermediate passage elements are present at the transition points to prevent the eggs from being damaged while transferring on the fabric belt to the conveyor. Thus, the eggs are collected with a minimum amount of energy consumption. Since it is possible to make a 90-degree + 90-degree turn in the system, without the need for any transfers, the breakage of eggs is prevented, and the system can be mounted in line with egg collection and sorting machines. Special brushes are placed at the end of each row to keep the egg belts clean.

They are waterproof type switches with self-motor protection system.

Electrical installation and control panel of the automatic egg collection system:
It includes motor protection circuits, stop switches that stop the up and down movement of the lift, control cables, and control panel of the automatic egg collection system.

Electric panel of the horizontal and vertical manure transfer conveyors:
It includes protection circuits and fuses of the two geared motors of the horizontal and vertical manure transfer conveyors.
