Ege Engineering Food Machinery Our company was established in 2010 and produces dried fruit and vegetable cutting machines and related equipment. The main sectors we serve are the dried fruit sector, and the products include desired size and dimensions, cut fully square as well as possible waste rate very low and can achieve the desired cutting quality tonnage. The cutting tonnages are calculated as 350kg/hour for 5*5 products and 700kg/hour for 10*10 products, and these cuts are made. The cut products vary according to mass weights. Waste rates come from the circular dimensions of the cut product and are minimized at around 3%.
