For example, it is available with 12 to 16 positions – as the TX8 with 6 to 8 positions, up to 4 motors for different mixing speeds, all kinds of dissolution accessories like Intrinsic, USP6, Immersion Cell, and much more (Dissilio Accessories). Most importantly, it is also available with vessels of different manufacturers and sizes. The possibility of using vessels from various manufacturers eliminates the last major variable in dissolution testing and makes cross-validation when switching to Dissilio just a matter of form. Different packages allow you to order your Dissilio with precisely the functions you need. For example, additional functions like CFR compliance with electronic signature, backup to FTP servers, or energy-saving options. If your requirements change in the future, functions can be easily activated later, and mechanical components can be retrofitted. More customization options will be offered in the future and can be adapted or reserved at any time.

Our standard "Browser Interface" allows you to access your Dissilio without any additional software installation, just through a web browser interface. This enables you to monitor the current status of running methods or conveniently manage methods from your workstation/PC. Integration into your network is simple and also allows reports to be printed on any network printer without additional driver installation. Don't waste your time with software validation, just use the browser interface. The optional "Stepwise Function" makes it easy to place tablets and take samples at stepwise time points. The optional "Parent-Child Function" allows you to easily transfer methods, the qualification menu guides you through individual steps and makes qualification a breeze. The activation of functions is then done quickly, making your Dissilio future-proof. The modular design will allow for more interesting variants in the future.

Simple Smart finally means Easy. This is about ease of use and operation. It starts with the secure placement of vessels with automatic centering and edge protection, automatic height adjustment between USP1 and USP2, easy access to vessels for sampling, easy cleaning of the water bath, and finally simple, intuitive operation via a 7" touch screen or the browser interface on the computer. Of course, Dissilio can be easily integrated into the company network and any USB or network printer can be easily connected. Many other small details such as an integrated drawer for paddles, baskets, and other accessories add to the ease of use.
