Assembly and Operation The earth auger is mounted on the tractor using a three-point hitch system and operates through a PTO shaft. It is an ideal machine for planting tree saplings, olives, fruit, and hazelnut saplings, as well as for installing fence posts when the right drill bit is chosen. Thanks to the hydraulic piston, it can easily penetrate hard and rocky soils. During drilling, the hydraulic control lever should be moved slowly according to the hardness of the soil.

Precautions for Use

• The number of holes varies depending on soil hardness.

• When working on hard ground, check the gearbox oil every 150 holes (80 rpm, SAE 140).

• Change the oil annually or after 2500 hours of operation (use SAE 140 oil).

• Lubricate the machine every 8 hours.

• Do not touch moving parts while the machine is in operation.

• Replace the drill bits after drilling 300 holes.
