Dener Makina was founded in 1974 by Mustafa DENER in the Kayseri Old Industrial Zone. Starting its activities in a small workshop, the company initially engaged in the production of imported automotive spare parts such as Bicons, hand brakes, etc. which are among the basic inputs of the automotive sector. The company rapidly became known in the automotive sector by meeting the local and high-quality production of parts that are predominantly imported from abroad. In 2000, Dener Makina focused on the production of CNC Sheet Metal Processing Machines. With a wide range of products such as Guillotine Shears, Hydraulic Press Brakes, Plasma Cutting, Eccentric Press Brakes, Electric Servo Press Brakes and Fiber Laser Cutting machines; it continues its investment product production. It has specialized in the machine industry by closely following advanced technology and adapting to new generation technology. While meeting the machinery needs of the industrial sector in the country, it mainly exports to 86 countries worldwide under the brand 'DENER'. At present, it is one of the two manufacturers in the world in the production of new generation electric servo press brake machines. By increasing its production capacity over the years and expanding its product range, it has become one of the preferred brands in the Sheet Metal Processing Machine group in our country and in the world among a limited number of producers. In 2016, it carried out a significant investment by incorporating 933,000 m2 of land owned by TAKSAN AŞ, with 115,000 m2 of factory buildings and 17,000 m2 of social facilities. In the new period, it has started the production of CNC Metal Processing Machines in Taksan Integrated Plants in our country where serial production is not made. Production of Vertical Machining Centers, Lathe Machines and Grinding Machines according to modern technology continues to increase. Dener Makina, with a wide variety of machine production in the CNC Sheet Metal Processing Machines and CNC Metal Processing Machines group, offers important investment products to industrial enterprises in our country and the world, carrying the feature of being a global pioneer. There is no other similar-scale enterprise in the world where sheet metal processing and metal processing machines are produced simultaneously. By 2023, Dener Makina aims to increase its annual production capacity to 10,000 units; 2,000 units in the Sheet Metal Processing Machines group and 8,000 units in the Metal Processing Machines group. In 2023, it plans to continue its activities with an annual production of 50,000 tons, production of 10,000 machines and 3000 employees.
