HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINE (YA-100)

The Horizontal Packaging Machine (YA) is designed to horizontally package solid products in single or multiple (block) axes. Our YA-100 model is designed for normal capacity and for companies aiming for a variety of productions.
• In the food industry: Biscuit, chocolate, wafer, bar, halva, Turkish delight, cake, various types of bread, etc…

On the electrical control panel of the machine, every opportunity required for easy use of the machine is provided; with the touch control screen, easy access and intervention to the product package length, photocell adjustment, and machine speed is provided.
The machine is made of stainless steel body, all surfaces contacting the product and surrounding protective covers are also made of stainless stee. The machine is designed to be compatible with all types of date coding devices (printers).
Depending on the product shape and capacity, mechanical or servo-controlled special feeding automation systems are optionally offered to the customer.
