Automatic Glass Loading Machine

• Cycle, loading from the desired number of pallets is fully automated. The loading machine movement is on the X-axis along the rail, and on the Y-axis, it enters the pallet.

• In mobile systems, the rail system and the motion system that provide approaching to the pallets are provided with reduction motors.

Working System of the Loading Table Can be Listed as Follows:

1. Arms with suction cups rise.

2. Right - left movement approaches the glass on the pallets.

3. Suction cups adhere to the glass with vacuum air inside them and the plate is lifted with a special patented Bottero system.

4. Glass separates from the pallet.

5. While the loading table moves the glass towards the cutting table, the arms lower and sit on the glass transfer rollers.

6. Glass takes the transfer position on the loading and is guided.

7. Sent to the glass cutting table.

• If a small size glass is wanted, the unused suction cups can be removed by closing the valves on the main arms of loading. One of these valves controls a single suction cup at the top of an arm. The other controls all suction cups on the same arm.

• The fully automatic hydraulic glass separation system is designed to separate the glass from the pallet completely, smoothly and 100% safely. (This system is patented.)

• The shaft system connected to wheels provides the transfer of the glass through motor gear, pinion, and chain. Each glass is guided before being sent to the cutting table after being laid on the loading table.

• Transfer is possible in the opposite direction of the normal glass flow. (OPTIONAL)
