DMK 7340S Thermoforming Packaging Machine is an advanced technology machine designed to meet the high demands of modern packaging industries in terms of efficiency, durability, and flexibility. The machine has a maximum forming area of 730x400 mm, and with its large foil capacity, it makes the production of various sized packages easier. The maximum foil width is 760 mm, and the minimum foil thickness ranges from 0.30 mm to 2.5 mm, allowing it to process a wide variety of materials. Suitable raw materials for shaping include PP, PS, PVS, PET, ABS, and PLA, providing a wide range of material options to meet the diverse needs of different industries.

The machine’s speed capacity ranges from 0 to 40 cycles per minute in idle mode, allowing for flexibility in production processes and quick adjustability. Additionally, the mold pressing force ranges between 65,000-70,000 daN, ensuring robust and consistent shaping even under high pressure. The molded product depth can reach up to 160 mm, making it suitable for producing deeper packaging.

For a fast and efficient production process, the machine is equipped with advanced air and water systems. The air requirement is met through an 8 bar, 8 m² filter system, while water pressure and temperature are optimized with an automatic control system at 3.4 bar, 10°C, and 50,000 Cal values. The water system has 4 inlet and 4 outlet connections for the bottom mold, top mold, pusher, and chain arms, ensuring ideal conditions for all types of processing.

The machine’s pneumatic components are sourced from industry-leading brands such as SMC and MAC, providing high durability and reliability. Additionally, the chain arms are equipped with a special system featuring aluminum full-length water cooling and 2379 steel protection, offering maximum protection against thermal stresses and ensuring long service life. The spring automatic tensioning system ensures that the chain arms operate with the correct tension at all times, providing high efficiency during processing.

The machine features a program memory function that allows recipes to be saved automatically and quickly recalled for subsequent production processes, saving time in the production cycle. Furthermore, it offers remote control and monitoring capabilities, allowing you to easily control the machine over the internet and optimize the production process. The vacuum pump is 2.2 kW, enabling fast and efficient vacuum operations.

The machine fully complies with industrial safety standards and enhances user safety with its closed cabin rail cover switch system. The main servo motor, brushless servo motor, and chain servo motor are from the Omron brand, ensuring high performance and precision. The electrical and electronic equipment is also provided by Omron, ensuring long-lasting, reliable performance of the machine.
