The DMK 7340S Thermoforming Packaging Machine is an advanced thermoforming machine equipped with cutting-edge technology, providing high efficiency and reliability in industrial production processes. This machine performs excellently under high-speed and long-duration production conditions, making it an ideal solution for large-scale production facilities, especially for food packaging and other consumer goods. Thanks to its idle cycle rotating between 0-40 rpm, it can operate flexibly at different production speeds, ensuring maximum efficiency in the production process.

The machine features a forming area up to 730x400 mm and can process foil thicknesses ranging from 0.30 mm to 2.5 mm, with a maximum foil width of 760 mm. This large forming area and variety of foil options allow for the production of different types of products. It is compatible with materials like PP, PS, PVC, PET, ABS, and PLA, expanding the industrial production range. Additionally, this diversity allows the machine to quickly adapt to different production needs.

The DMK 7340S provides excellent shaping performance under high mold compression force, ranging from 65,000 to 70,000 daN. The shaped product depth can reach up to 160 mm, enabling the production of more complex and deeper shapes. The high mold compression force ensures uniform pressure application across the material, guaranteeing the quality and consistency of the final product.

Operating at an air pressure of 8 Bar, the machine optimizes airflow with large air tanks and a 4-point trigger valve system. This ensures sufficient air pressure for rapid and smooth forming during each production cycle. Additionally, the water system is highly developed, with a water pressure of 3.4 bar and temperature control at 10°C through an automatic system. This feature ensures homogeneous temperature control during production, leading to desired shaping results.

The machine operates with 222 kW of electrical dry power, optimized for energy efficiency. High-quality pneumatic and electrical components from brands like SMC and Mac are used to enhance the machine's reliability. It also features a user-friendly control system with a 15-inch Omron operator panel, allowing operators to easily manage and monitor the machine. The Ethercat Motion Control system enables precise and fast motion control, ensuring accuracy and safety in the production process.

The mold change system is equipped with a motorized gear shaft mechanism, allowing for quick mold changes. Mold changes can be performed safely and efficiently using special tools and a chain hoist. Automatic lubrication and chain oil systems minimize maintenance needs, ensuring the machine operates continuously.

The machine also includes advanced safety features, such as a closed cabin rail cover switch to ensure operator safety and remote monitoring and control via an internet connection. This allows for quick intervention in case of any issues.
