7.6 Litre/Minute 100 Hp 3800 Bar Water Jet Marble Cutting Machine

The cutting method with Water Jet is a technology that can cut all materials on the earth between thicknesses of 0.1 mm to 1.1 mm with a water or water-abrasive mixture beam without distinction of hard or soft, reaching 200 mm.

The principle of the highest quality is adopted in all of our machines in terms of electronic, mechanical, high pressure and all equipment used in the design.

General Features of SL-VI 100 STD Water Jet Marble Cutting Machine:

We use real CNC units in our systems (not PC-based).
In cutting processes where the pressure is started with low pressure such as drilling on materials like glass, marble, granite and then increased, during the transition from part to part, the stored high pressure in the pipe and valve is discharged through the pump without waiting, during idle progress, this is both a time-saving and a measure that reduces abrasive consumption and part wear.
Except for the main chassis and some connection parts, all mechanical parts are made of stainless steel or aluminum.
Protection bellows are rectangular in cross-section and completely closed in form. The bearings, drive elements, motors and electrical equipment are inaccessible to water and abrasives.
All protective plates and water tank are stainless steel.
The abrasive dosing unit is driven by a step motor and insulated from water and moisture.
Abrasive storage and discharge unit is pressure-driven and equipped with a quantity warning system.
The main chassis is protected against water and moisture through sandblasting, epoxy priming and epoxy paint stages.
Our standard color is RAL 5021. However, the color can be changed upon request.
