Water jet cutting method is a technology that can cut all materials on earth from 0.1 mm to 200 mm thickness without distinction between hard or soft with a water or water-abrasive mixture beam between 0.1 and 1.1 mm.

SL-VI 100 STD Water Jet Aluminum Cutting Machine General Features:
- We use real CNC units in our systems (not PC-based).
- In cutting processes where pressure is increased after starting with low pressure for drilling operations such as glass, marble, granite, high pressure stored in the pipe and valve is discharged through the pump during idle progress without waiting, which is a measure that saves time, reduces abrasive consumption and part wear.
- Except for the main chassis and some connection parts, all mechanical parts are made of stainless steel or aluminum.
- Protective bellows are rectangular in section, completely closed form. The bed, drive element, motors and electrical equipment are inaccessible to water and abrasive.
- All protective plates and water tank are made of stainless steel.
- The abrasive dosing unit is driven by a step motor and insulated from water and moisture.
- The abrasive storage and delivery unit is pressure-driven and equipped with a quantity warning system.
- The main chassis is protected against water and moisture by sandblasting, epoxy priming and epoxy painting stages.
- Our standard color is RAL 5021. However, color can be changed upon request.
