Overview: The Panter series offers a variety of models for production in different capacities. These ovens are manufactured in three types: diesel, natural gas, and electricity. All kinds and sizes of bread and other bakery products are baked on a stone hearth. The stone material is specially developed for healthy production and allows baking even at very high temperatures.

The hot gases produced in the combustion chamber of the oven are circulated around the baking chambers, ensuring their heating. The baking chambers are made of steel plates, and there is absolutely no leakage of combustion gases into the baking chambers from the gas channels. The design of the gas channels and baking chambers ensures that the same temperature is achieved during baking at every point of each chamber.

The insulation of the chambers prevents steam leakage from inside to outside. The steam required for achieving the desired color and thin crust formation in bread, sandwich bread, and similar products is supplied from steam generators.

The highly variable steam demand is met by steam generators with the capacity and number required to meet the highest steam demand.
