The 2-Nozzle Filling Machine is an automatic and user-friendly liquid product filling machine. It operates with a servo motor and volumetric system, ensuring precise and efficient filling. The touchscreen interface allows for easy adjustment of the machine settings. Additionally, it features a 7" PLC screen supporting both English and Turkish languages.

We design this filling machine in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different packaging needs, allowing for easy adjustment with both mechanical and electronic systems. After completing the product filling process, you can easily clean the chassis and parts of the filling machine.

The filling process begins with the manual feeding of product packages onto the conveyor by the operating personnel. The sensors of the filling machine read the moving product packages on the conveyor and stop them in the filling area. The machine initiates the filling process by pulling the product from the tank through 2 filling nozzles. You set the desired filling weight on the screen, and when the filling process is complete, it automatically cuts off.

After the filling process is completed, the filled products move along the conveyor, and the empty product packages coming from behind are stopped under the filling nozzles again through sensors, repeating the filling process. The filling machine features an automatic level control system. When the tank is filled, the product inlet valve is closed, and a signal is sent to the pump feeding the product to the machine, halting or restarting the process. This allows the filling machine to operate for hours without the need to monitor the product level in the tank.

If you wish to use it as a filling line, you can add a cap-closing machine behind the filling machine to close the caps of the completed products, and then integrate a labeling machine to automatically apply your labels.
