Clamping Unit:
The 5-point butterfly clamping mechanism used ensures safe and efficient operation. The non-hardened steel bushings and pins are lubricated with an automatic lubrication system. The oil level control and pressure lubrication systems ensure the long-term and healthy operation of the mechanical components. The hydraulic motor used for adjusting the mold distance allows for fast and precise adjustments.

The automatic mold adjustment function allows quick and easy mold changes. The T-channel structure in both the fixed and moving plates is another feature that simplifies the mold change process.

Injection Unit:
The powerful, double-cylinder precise injection system, balanced linear sliding, and low-friction injection execution unit provide stable injection mobility. The non-deforming plate structure and excellent design, along with the shaft and sleeve, ensure optimal plasticization. To ensure stability at high temperatures, the barrel and screw are made of Japanese thermal processing steel. The shaft and sleeve are made from improved nitrided steel. The PID temperature control system uses precise electronic position sensors and an industrial PC, ensuring high-quality production by controlling injection speed and pressure, pressing pressure, material intake, product removal backpressure, and other movements. With high efficiency, the automatic furnace cleaning, protection circuit for preventing cold operation of the shaft and sleeve, and similar functions ensure safe operation.

Hydraulic Unit:
High-quality valves and other hydraulic equipment allow precise molding. All hydraulic equipment is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance on the machine. The suction filter used is designed to allow cleaning without draining the oil tank.

Electrical Unit:
With the KEBA control system featuring a 10-color display, production with high precision and a high repeatability percentage is possible. This unit allows for production with a high repeatability percentage and, with its user-friendly interface, enables easy monitoring of all processes. The PLC system is controlled by a high-speed microprocessor, ensuring compatibility with multifunctional mechanical and hydraulic systems.

The alarm page, which monitors issues during the production phase, provides information about errors, possible causes, and solutions, allowing the user to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The control system, with an optional Ethernet application, provides remote access. This feature enables fast and effective service anywhere in the world. Through the Ethernet option, it helps with production planning and allows real-time processing of data directly from the machine. Data transferred to MRP ERP-style production planning software provides immediate information about stock, raw materials, costs, and more.
