Working Principle:

• Printing Process: After adjusting the temperature of the printing cylinder, the operator sequentially feeds the protective paper, fabric, and transfer paper into the cylinder. As these materials come into contact around the cylinder, special dyes transfer from the paper to the fabric under the influence of heat (sublimation).

• Tension Brake System: Adjusted via the tension brake system on the paper.

• Temperature Adjustment: Adjustable electronically from 50°C to 230°C with an electronic thermostat according to the type of fabric.

• Pressure: Pressure between the paper and fabric is provided by a special felt and adjusted via a pneumatic system.

• Heating: The diathermic oil inside the roller is electrically heated by resistance without applying pressure.
