Ground Crane System:

These seated ground cranes are easy to install and maintain. Depending on the type, the cranes feature either magnetic or disc brakes that ensure smooth stopping during operation, providing safe lifting and transportation. They operate silently without noise. Furthermore, the long lifespan of these seated cranes is one of the main reasons for their high demand. These fixed hook cranes, produced under the brand name GÜNMAK, are lifting machines that comply with European standards. Overhead cranes are controlled via a wired remote control, and upon request, remote control can also be connected to these cranes. The working range of the remote control is up to 100 meters.

Gamak-Volt Motor:

Gamak-Volt manufactures single-phase general-purpose electric motors with a capacitor, from size 71 to 100, and three-phase asynchronous electric motors from size 63 to 160. In terms of power, the low-voltage series covers a range from 0.12 kW to 18.5 kW, meeting the needs of the industry effectively.

Gearbox Gear:

A gearbox is a system that changes the rotational speed-torque ratio using gears. It is an element of a parallel gear arrangement with gearboxes. Structurally, gearboxes consist of gearwheels, shafts, bearings, and other components housed inside the casing. Academically, gearboxes are closed gear mechanisms designed to reduce the high rotation speeds of electric motors to the required speeds for machines. As previously mentioned, the gearbox is a gear system, and thus its usage purposes are the same. These purposes can be listed as follows:

• Ensure independence of movement between two rotating elements in systems with two rotating parts.
• Achieve various rotational directions.
• Transfer motion and power between shafts located in different positions.
• Achieve a high gear ratio in a small space.

Magnetic Brake:

This system provides the maximum braking torque for motors of different sizes. In cooled-type brakes, it plays a crucial role in dissipating heat that may occur during braking, minimizing the wear of the brake pads and preventing the motor from overheating. All parts are electrochemically coated for corrosion resistance, and the brake disc plates are made from 1050-grade manufacturing steel. The brakes operate on DC, and the noise level is below 70 decibels.

Grooved Drum with Guide:

The crane drum, made of special steel alloy, holds the steel rope. The grooves on the drum ensure that the steel ropes, when wound, enter the slots sequentially, preventing tangling and ensuring proper winding. The drum moves by the energy supplied by the motor through the gearbox.

Seated Ground Crane System:

This multipurpose system can be installed on a fixed structure using a trolley or a manual device with four movements, commonly referred to as "cat" in colloquial terms. It can also operate with a pulley system if overhead suspension is not possible.
