SMART.ULTRA, a 5-axis CNC machining center and wood lathe, is designed to perform multiple operations such as shaping, turning, sanding, and detailed 5-axis machining all in one machine. SMART.ULTRA is suitable for manufacturing products such as chairs, sofas, tables, cabinets, furniture legs, logs, columns, and more. In addition to turning operations, it easily handles processes such as carving, motif processing, drilling, creating dowel channels, and pattern machining. With a processing capacity of up to 500mm in diameter, the SMART.ULTRA can also process long parts ranging from 1000mm to 5000mm, offering flexibility for larger products.

Processing Units and Software
SMART.ULTRA features six processing units: shaping, turning, detail milling, sanding, detail sanding, and sawing with turning units. These processing units can be customized, and the machine is designed with five different configuration options. The automatic loading unit, equipped with an elevator system, increases production efficiency by preparing the next workpiece while the current one is being processed. This ensures fast and high-quality production. The machine is equipped with complete software that manages each part of the machining process. Thanks to the easy-to-use interface, it allows for quick and flexible use of the machine. The simulation option lets you visualize and control your design before processing, and the optional PLUS version allows for 5-axis 3D design and carving. The fixed tool magazine, with a 5-tool capacity, ensures that tools are always ready for cutting.
