Working Principle: The carpet drying machine operates by heating the surrounding air, absorbing it, and passing it through its panels. The moisture in the air is converted into water and expelled through the discharge hose. Simultaneously, the dried warm air is returned to the environment via the fans. • Temperature: To ensure the efficient operation of carpet dryers, the ambient temperature should not be below -5°C. Therefore, carpet dryers are typically used in insulated rooms.
• Carpet Drying Room: The recommended room dimensions for effective drying are 5 meters in width, 7 meters in length, and a maximum height of 220 cm. A room of these dimensions can accommodate carpets of around 350-450 m².
• Heat Support: In cold climates, additional heating systems can be added to the drying room to improve performance. Also, air fans inside the room can ensure even drying of all carpet surfaces.

Model Options:

• NM 5000 Model: Equipped with a 5.5 kW compressor. This model is suitable for large rooms and high-capacity carpet drying operations.
• NM 4000 Model: Equipped with a 4 kW compressor, ideal for smaller spaces.

Drying Times:

• Summer: In a 35 m² area, it takes 7-8 hours to completely dry carpets with the NM 5000 model.
• Winter: In cold weather conditions, this time may extend to 14-15 hours. However, a well-insulated room and a non-low ambient temperature can help reduce drying time.
