Overview: The special stove system with a high heat absorption surface ensures maximum efficiency from fuel heat. The capability to burn all types of fuel (solid, liquid, gas) provides the option to choose the most economical one. Due to the absence of mechanical breakdown possibilities, there are no maintenance costs. Electricity expenses are minimal. There is no circulation fan, and it does not require cooling. The high heat supply feature allows for mass production, reducing unit costs. The closed-loop (RING) pipe system ensures even heating of every part of the oven and balanced baking. Thanks to the special automatic door design, there is no time loss during loading and unloading. The baking process can be monitored without opening and closing the lid thanks to the heat-resistant glass lids. Controlling the solenoid steam valves from buttons on both sides of the oven provides great convenience to the baker. The steam system produces live steam (soft steam), ensuring ideal baking results. Special cast stone bases provide excellent baking. The heat potential generated in the stove and pipes does not disrupt production during power outages.
