Eskpaş Panter-120/B 448 Pieces/Hour Stone-Based 4-Deck Bread Oven

The Panter Series offers a variety of models with different capacities for production ovens. These ovens are manufactured in three types, capable of operating with diesel, natural gas, or electricity. All types and sizes of bread and other bakery products are produced on a stone base. The stone material is specially designed for health-conscious production facilities, allowing for high-tech baking capabilities. The hot gases produced in the combustion chambers of the oven circulate around the baking chambers, ensuring their heating. The baking chambers are made of steel plates, and gas leakage from the gas channels to the baking chambers is completely prevented. The design of the gas channels and baking chambers ensures that each chamber and section of the chambers maintain the same temperature during baking. The insulation of the chambers prevents steam leakage. Steam, necessary for achieving the desired color and thin crust formation in bread and similar products, is provided through steam options. The highly variable steam capacity is met through high steam power capacity and numerous steam generators.
