40 - 80 Tons/Hour Tertiary Crusher
Betalfa's BTLF-65 is a powerful tertiary crusher used in secondary and tertiary crushing operations at facilities, with a material capacity of 40 to 80 tons per hour. This crusher is effective in processing various materials such as limestone, alluvium, and quarry materials, operating with a high-speed impact effect. The functionality and distinguishing features of the BTLF-65 model are detailed below:
Features:
- Ease of Adjustment: The distance between the crusher bar pendulums and the rotor can be easily adjusted with bolts, allowing the production of materials in desired sizes.
- Four-Corner Utilization: The rotor's ability to rotate in both directions and the reversible palettes ensure efficient use of all four corners.
- High Sand Yield: Specially designed impact wedges and a high-speed rotor provide low filler (powder) content and a high sand yield.
- Ease of Maintenance: Full opening of the movable bodies on both sides facilitates easy maintenance.
- Flexible Production: It has the capacity to produce sand sizes suitable for the needs of concrete plants and asphalt facilities.
Notes:
- The capacity figures provided above represent the approximate production quantities expected when dry and clean limestone with a density of 1600 kg/m³ is fed into the crushing chamber at maximum dimensions. These values may vary depending on the correct selection and operation of other equipment and the proper execution of the feeding process.
- The weight of the machines is specified excluding the flywheel and upper chute but includes the motor, chassis, and lower chute.
