4 Nozzles Automatic Liquid Filling Machine

This filling machine is automatic and exceptionally user-friendly. Operating with a servo motor and volumetric system, it performs precise filling of liquid products quickly and reliably. Its touchscreen interface allows easy adjustment of filling settings. Equipped with a 7” PLC screen supporting both English and Turkish languages, it offers a user-friendly experience.

Designed in various sizes and shapes to suit your products, this filling machine seamlessly integrates with both mechanical and electronic systems. After completing the product filling process, the machine chassis and parts can be easily cleaned, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

The filling process begins with the manual feeding of product packages onto the conveyor by the operating personnel. Moving along the conveyor, the product packages are detected by the sensors of the filling machine and stopped in the filling area. The machine initiates the filling process by pulling the product from the tank through 4 filling nozzles. After adjusting the filling weight on the screen, the machine automatically completes the filling process and cuts off.

The number of nozzles on the filling machine is proportional to the number of products filled within a specific time frame. Depending on your needs, you can consider different nozzle options or convey your specific requirements to us.

After the filling process is completed, the filled products move along the conveyor, and the empty product packages are stopped under the filling nozzles again through sensors, repeating the filling process. Thanks to the automatic level control system, when the tank is filled, the product inlet valve is closed, and a signal is sent to the pump feeding the product to the machine, halting or restarting the process. This allows the filling machine to operate continuously for hours without the need to monitor the product level in the tank.

If you wish to further enhance your filling line, you can add a cap-closing machine behind the filling machine to close the caps of the filled products and then integrate a labeling machine to automatically apply your labels. This way, you can transform your filling line into a complete automation line, boosting your production efficiency.
