The waterjet cutting method is a technology that can cut all materials on the surface of the earth, regardless of their thickness, from 0.1 mm to 200 mm, using a water or water-abrasive mixture beam between 0.1 and 1.1 mm.

We use real CNC units in our systems (not PC-based).
In cutting processes where the pressure is raised after starting with low pressure, such as drilling operations on materials like glass, marble, granite, the high pressure stored in the pipe and valve is discharged through the pump during idle movement without the need to wait, which is a time-saving and preventive measure that reduces abrasive consumption and part wear.
All mechanical parts except the main chassis and some connecting parts are made of stainless steel or aluminum.
The protective bellows are rectangular in section and completely enclosed. The bed, drive elements, motors, and electrical equipment are inaccessible to water and abrasive.
All protective shields and the water tank are stainless steel.
The abrasive dosing unit is driven by a step motor and insulated from water and moisture.
