4.3 Liters/Minute 50 Hp 3800 Bar Water Jet Composite Cutting Machine
Water jet cutting method is a technology that can cut all materials on the earth between 0.1 mm and 1.1 mm with a water or water-abrasive mixture beam, regardless of their hardness or softness, from 0.1 mm to 200 mm thick.

General Features of 4.3 Liters/Minute 50 Hp 3800 Bar Water Jet Composite Cutting Machine:
- We use real CNC units (not PC-based) in our systems.
- In cutting processes where starting with low pressure for materials like glass, marble, granite and then increasing the pressure and moving from part to part, the stored high pressure in the pipe and the valve is emptied through the pump during idle progression without the need to wait, which is a precaution that saves time, reduces abrasive consumption, and part wear.
- Except for the main chassis and some connecting parts, all mechanical parts are made of stainless steel or aluminum.
- Protection bellows have a rectangular cross-section and are in a fully enclosed form. The bed, drive element, motors, and electrical equipment are inaccessible to water and abrasive.
- All protective plates and water tank are stainless steel.
- The abrasive dosing unit is step motor driven, waterproof and moisture resistant.
- The abrasive storage and delivery unit is pressure-driven and equipped with a quantity warning system.
- The main chassis is protected against water and moisture by passing through sandblasting, epoxy priming, and epoxy painting stages.
- Our standard color is RAL 5021. However, the color can be changed upon request.
