Produced by undergoing very special heat treatments from highly cold-rolled steels with high metallurgical properties. Production is carried out in compliance with EN 13246 standard. The steel strapping is very strong and has high elongation at break. It ensures the safe transport of products. The edges of the straps, which are sharp and burr-free, are completely smooth and rounded through special methods. Thus, the steel strapping meets all requirements for easy use and trouble-free operation of packaging machines. The black and zinc paints applied to the steel straps are processed through oven painting process and provide excellent corrosion resistance. All steel straps produced in three surface types undergo wax application. Thus, the straps ensure perfect tensioning process of the machines.
