Compared to traditional Ribbon Mixers, MX series Paddle Mixers have superior mixing performance. Due to the uniquely designed paddles being steeper than the ribbons in a Ribbon mixer, they can mix the material more aggressively and move more material in one revolution with the same power consumption.

Paddle Mixers can be used wherever mixers are used, including but not limited to mixing, blending, distribution, suspension, emulsification, deaeration, tempering, accelerating chemical or physical reactions, agglomeration, etc.

OPERATION PROCESS The mixing tank is filled with 30% to 70% capacity and the necessary empty volume is provided for the particles to be distributed individually throughout the entire internal volume of the mixer. Mixing elements in the shape of blades generate intense axial and radial movement, causing the product to move along the mixing area.

The product is automatically discharged while the machine is running, preventing any separation. The construction material is made entirely of AISI 304 Stainless Steel. Liquid can be added lightly to the powder with the heated spraying tank and spraying nozzles, and viscous liquid can be added with the dripping pipe.

(For example; it can be used for scenting or adding oil.) With the pneumatic driven product discharge covers that close the surface completely, no product is left un mixed. The soft seal system prevents bearings from being affected by dust and prevents product accumulation at the main shaft exits.
