Itas Makina DVM300 300 L Vacuum Paint Mixer
The Itas Makina DVM300 is a vacuum paint mixer designed with features suitable for industrial use. These vacuum mixers absorb air bubbles formed within the product through vacuuming, ensuring a high-quality mixture. They are particularly effective for quickly achieving a homogeneous mixture of liquids and powders under vacuum.
Durable Construction:
The main body of the mixer is made of high-alloy carbon steel and welded using the MIG method. The body is moved by an electro-hydraulic system. During mixing, dense materials that stick to the tank surfaces are cleaned with a scraper. All materials that come into contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

This mixer is used in various industries requiring dispersion and homogeneous mixing. It is especially effective for industrial processes that involve mixing powders and liquids. Reverse Rotation:
In addition to mono speed, the speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter used can provide more power than the motor's nominal power for a short period. The mixing rotation can be adjusted between 0 RPM and 1500 RPM according to standard factory settings.

The machine can mix at any height, both upwards and downwards. It is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system. In some models, the body can rotate 360 degrees to service surrounding tanks.
