Key Features:

• Standard Horizontal Packaging Machine: The product is placed between pallets in the feeding unit, where it is automatically guided into the package. The wrapping process completes, followed by the bottom gluing using discs. The product is then securely sealed with the help of jaws, resulting in pillow-type packages. A conveyor transfers the packaged product to the next stage, and optional product counting can be implemented.

• 3 Servo Horizontal Packaging Machine: This version offers advanced features, eliminating the need for mechanical adjustments. Package length, product placement, and eccentric adjustments are all controlled via a touchscreen interface. Additionally, the machine includes a chin guard system to prevent empty packages from being sealed.

• Automatic Feeding Option: The automatic feeding system, integrated into the feeding unit, is customized according to the product. This system improves efficiency by automating the product feeding process, allowing for faster packaging. The Horizontal Packing Machine with 3 Servos has the same features as the standard machine. There is no need for mechanical adjustments in the machine with 3 servos. Package length, product placement adjustment, and eccentric adjustment are made via the touchscreen. It also has a chin guard system and does not take out empty packages.
