Ground Hoist System

These seated ground hoists are easy to assemble and maintain. Depending on the type, they are equipped with magnetic or disc brakes for smooth stopping during movement. This ensures safe lifting and transport. The hoists operate quietly without generating noise. Additionally, the long lifespan of these seated ground hoists makes them highly preferred. These fixed-mounted hoists are produced under the brand "GÜNMAK" according to European standards.

Ceiling cranes are controlled by a wired controller. Upon request, remote controls can be connected to these cranes. The remote control working range is 100 meters.

Gamak-Volt Motor:

It manufactures general-purpose electric motors with capacitor-run designs for single-phase motors ranging from 71 to 100 frame sizes, and for three-phase asynchronous motors ranging from 63 to 160 frame sizes. The power range starts from 0.12 kW and goes up to 18.5 kW, meeting the industrial needs in all aspects.

Reducer Gear:

A reducer is a gear system that changes the rotational speed and torque through gears. It consists of components such as gears, shafts, and bearings, housed in a casing. The purpose of reducers is to reduce the high rotational speeds of electric motors to the required speeds for machines.

Magnetic Brake:

It provides maximum braking torque for motors in various sizes. In cooled-type brakes, it plays a crucial role in dissipating heat during braking, minimizing the wear of the fan pads. It also prevents the motor from overheating. The parts of the brake are coated with an electrolytic coating for corrosion resistance. Brake discs are made of 1050 quality steel and operate on DC.

Guided Grooved Drum:

Made from special steel alloys, the hoist drum is the part where the steel cable is wound. The grooves ensure the cable enters the slots in sequence, preventing wear and tear. The drum is driven by the reducer, which is powered by the motor.

Seated Ground Hoist System:

Suitable for multipurpose use, these hoists can be mounted either in the air or with a trolley on NPI steel or manually operated for four movements. If air suspension is not possible, it can operate using a pulley system. The cable length is adjustable up to 60 meters depending on the usage distance.
