25-150 m³ Stock Bunker
The Betalfa BTLF SB stock bunker is designed for the storage of bulk products and raw materials produced in industrial facilities. With a capacity of up to 150 m³, it ensures superior performance in stockpiling. Thanks to its outlet doors equipped with pneumatic pistons, materials can be unloaded directly into trucks without the need for additional equipment or vehicles, providing ease of shipping. It can also be fed through chutes placed on its top, eliminating the need for conveyors. It is also known in the market as a loading bunker.
Loading bunkers can be produced in various capacities, ranging from 25 m³ to 150 m³, depending on the requirements of the process. With its strong load-bearing steel structure, high-durability body, and additional reinforcements, it offers trouble-free use for many years.
These bunkers serve the purpose of storing materials that transform into the final product in the last stages of the process. They are filled using belt conveyors or chutes positioned on top of the bunker.
Pneumatic Doors
The outlet doors are equipped with pneumatic-controlled pistons, allowing the stored material to be unloaded easily with the press of a single button. Pneumatic pistons lock the outlet doors in a closed position and open them as quickly as possible for unloading.
To stop the unloading, the pistons push the doors in such a way that the circular surface of the door blocks the material flow smoothly without causing any damage. This design ensures that material flow can be halted safely and efficiently.
Direct Loading
The bunker allows for direct loading into trucks without the need for equipment like belt conveyors or loaders. This reduces additional costs such as fuel, electricity, labor, and maintenance.
The spacing between the legs and the height of the outlet are designed to accommodate trucks directly underneath for efficient loading.
Wear Resistance
The lower section of the bunker is funnel-shaped. The stored material flows naturally along the angular surface of the funnel and exits through the outlet. For highly abrasive materials, the flow surface can be coated with wear-resistant Hardox plates, extending the bunker’s service life. The quality and thickness of the Hardox plates are determined based on the type of material stored.
Countersunk bolts are used to secure the Hardox plates. This prevents issues like wear or breakage, as the bolts' heads do not protrude during operation.
In the case of wear, replacing these plates is extremely easy.
Clogging Prevention
To prevent clogging at the outlet, a low-power vibro motor can be placed at the center of the outlet doors. The vibrations generated by the motor enhance the natural flow, allowing the material to move more freely and efficiently.
