Kleppa KKG-01 Steam Boiler Vacuum Large Ironing Table is a fully automatic, vacuum-based professional ironing device designed for large-scale ironing operations. This model comes with its own steam boiler, eliminating the need for an additional steam generator, while offering high-performance ironing. With a steam output capacity of 6.5 kg per hour, the KKG-01 allows for continuous and uninterrupted ironing. This feature makes it ideal for dry cleaning businesses, laundries, and hotels with high workloads, ensuring efficient operations. Although designed to work with a single iron, the device can also accommodate a second iron if needed.

One of the key areas of use for the KKG-01 is model and tailor shops. Thanks to its large ironing table and powerful vacuum (suction) feature, it achieves excellent results, especially with large fabrics and delicate garments. The ironing table's heating system is thermostat-controlled, preventing unnecessary overheating of fabrics and providing a safer ironing experience. Moreover, the steam boiler is made of 304-grade Cr-Ni stainless steel, enhancing the durability and ensuring long-lasting use.

Another important feature that facilitates the ironing process is the powerful vacuum motor providing strong suction. This feature stabilizes fabrics on the table, allowing for smooth and wrinkle-free ironing. The steam boiler automatically feeds from the 35-liter water tank inside the machine, and in case the water level drops, the system automatically adds more water. This system saves the user from the hassle of adding water manually, ensuring an uninterrupted ironing experience.

The KKG-01 operates on industrial-grade 380V electricity and boasts a powerful 5 kW resistance heater, ensuring the necessary high temperatures for efficient ironing. The table dimensions, 72.5 x 112 cm, are optimized to provide a large surface area, making it easier to iron larger fabrics and garments.

Equipped with a powerful pump and a vacuum motor (0.37 kW), this model continuously provides vacuum during the ironing process, ensuring smooth and wrinkle-free results, especially for heavy fabrics or difficult ironing tasks. Additionally, the device's sturdy construction and ergonomic design offer long-term, efficient, and safe use.
