This machine is capable of opening a variety of materials, including silicone polyester fibers, making it ideal for high-efficiency use in Non-Woven production lines.

The EVM S4 is particularly ideal for applications such as quilt production and thermal, i.e., bonded fiber opening, as well as large-scale Non-Woven production lines. The fiber opening process using aluminum pin rollers improves product quality while ensuring excellent compatibility in broader production lines. The machine can be optionally equipped with V-wires, offering flexibility to meet various functional and production requirements.

The Eve Machine EVM S4 operates at a power of 22 kW and offers high performance. It is designed for large-scale production with a working width of 2000 mm. With a normal fiber capacity of 1800 kg/hour and a micro fiber capacity of 1000 kg/hour, it is capable of producing fibers of various types and densities. The machine operates at 380V 50Hz 3-phase voltage and optimizes production speed and feeding speed through inverter speed control, providing a more efficient production process.
