Itas Makina DVM1500 1600 Lt Vacuum Paint Mixer
The Itas Makina DVM1500 is a powerful vacuum paint mixer designed for industrial mixing processes. These mixers help achieve a high-quality homogeneous mixture by vacuuming out air bubbles formed in the product being mixed.
Durable Construction:
The main body is made from high-alloy carbon steel and is welded using MIG welding. The body operates with an electro-hydraulic system, and products that stick to the surface of the tank during mixing of dense materials are cleaned by a scraper. All materials in contact with the product are made from AISI 304 stainless steel.

This mixer can be used in many industrial fields that require dispersion and homogeneous mixing. It is especially preferred in the production of paints, inks, varnishes, pigment pastes, and various petrochemical products.

Reverse Rotation:
In addition to the mono speed, the speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter has the ability to provide more power than the motor's nominal power. The mixing rotation can be adjusted between 0 RPM and 1500 RPM according to standard factory settings.

Hydraulic Lifting:
The machine can mix at any desired height. The body structure has an electro-hydraulic system. In some models, the body can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing it to serve surrounding tanks.
