GENERAL MAKİNA Primary Impact Crushers perform the crushing of medium hardness (low abrasive) stones in a controlled manner with the primary stage. It is possible to reduce a 1300 mm rock piece weighing 3000 kg to 0-100 mm with the Primary Impact Crusher. The rock entering the crusher is broken by the impact of the rotor paddles, first by the stone hitting the stone, then by hitting the impact plates on the upper wing and the impact plates on the lower wing. The main body of the crusher is in two parts, and the upper part can be completely opened with hydraulic cylinders and crusher maintenance can be easily performed. It is also possible to easily change the pallet impact plate and linings. The clearance between the pendulums carrying the crusher impact plates and the rotor is adjusted with a screw-spring or hydraulic mechanism (optional) and the output product size is easily controlled.
