Overview: The Panter Series deck ovens offer a variety of models to meet different production capacities. These ovens are manufactured in three types, running on diesel, natural gas, or electricity. They are designed to bake all types and sizes of bread and other bakery products on a stone hearth.

The stone material used in these ovens is specially developed for health-conscious production and allows for baking even at very high temperatures. The hot gases produced in the combustion chamber circulate around the baking chambers, ensuring uniform heating of the decks. The baking chambers are made of steel sheets, and there is no possibility of gas leakage from the gas channels into the baking chambers.

The design of the gas channels and baking chambers ensures that the same temperature is achieved in each chamber and at every point during baking. The chambers are insulated to prevent steam from leaking outwards. Steam required for achieving the desired color and thin crust formation in bread, sandwich bread, and similar products is provided by steam generators. The variable steam requirement is met by steam generators with the capacity and number required to meet the highest steam demand.
