This large and sturdy forked industrial type dough kneading machine is specifically designed for bakeries. It is driven by a belt pulley system and a long-type reducer. These machines are used for quickly mixing large quantities of flour poured directly into the bowl. The bowls, forks, and fork shafts are all made of stainless steel.

Technical Specifications:

• The bowl and fork in contact with food are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• There is a dough dividing cylinder in the center of the bowl and a cutting quadrilateral in the center of the fork, allowing large amounts of dough to be divided while rotating with the fork, resulting in faster mixing.
• Provides additional safety with a hood that covers the pulleys.
• Increased torque with enlarged pulleys.
• Operates with a motor speed of 1500-3000 revolutions per minute, offering two different speed options. The fork rotation speed is between 43-96 revolutions per minute.
