İtas Makine DBM100, a 100-liter BASKET MILL Mixer, is a system that ensures the dispersion of high-quality products. With the BASKET MILL, the mixing of solids into the liquid phase, pre-dispersion, and grinding with an integrated basket mill can be done in a single machine and a single vessel.

Operating Principle:

The main operating principle is the pulling of products from the top of the basket into the cone-shaped grinding chamber by a high-speed disc located at the bottom of the basket. Other mixing discs in the grinding chamber provide energy to the crushing/grinding components and perform the dispersion.

The wide and perforated sieve system beneath the basket allows the product to return to the vessel and ensures the crushing/grinding components remain in the grinding chamber. The dispersed product is thrown to the vessel walls by the centrifugal force of the high-speed disc at the bottom of the basket. The bottom of the vessel and the conical structure ensure that the product returns to the grinding chamber, enabling circulation.
