CERAMIC-BASED GREASE OIL ASSEMBLY PASTE

This high-temperature paste, ceramic-based, acts as a lubricant, separator, and corrosion protector with fine brush application.

It prevents solidifying by burning, formation of welds due to heat, rust corrosion, and remaining unlubricated.

It is an excellent inhibitor of wear and corrosion.

Resistant to both hot and cold water, as well as acidic and alkaline fluids.

COLOR: OFF WHITE

Components: High molecular weight oil

Temperature resistance: Mineral oil resistance: +150°C.

(-20°C to +1700°C) Resistance with metal additives: +1700°C.

Assembly Paste, enriched with ceramic particles, is a high-quality special lubricant and an excellent separator.

It does not contain metal.

Environmentally friendly.

It has excellent adhesion properties.

It repels water and moisture from surfaces. Provides long-term protection against corrosion and lubrication.

Its special formulation protects gear connections exposed to heat and weather for long periods.

APPLICATION AREA: It is an ideal assembly paste for generally machined parts and gears. Therefore, it can be used for lubrication and protection, for example, in gear connections, bearing housings, sliding bearings, chains, mating surfaces, camshafts, brake parts, and compressed air devices.
