During the device's purge process, it can simultaneously perform the vacuuming of the transformer being installed in the field. It operates fully automatically with PLC control and allows us to monitor the process with all its sensors. Its flexible interface provides audible and visual warnings to prevent potential errors. The vacuum sensor in the vacuum line enables real-time measurements, while the oil sensor prevents damage to the environment and the device by detecting oil overpressure that could lead to spills. It saves you time and protects against potential damage.

Integrated with the vacuum system, the device ensures complete mastery over consecutive processes.

The device body and all components used are made of stainless steel. During the degassing process, moisture can cause rusting, affecting surfaces not in contact with oil. Rust can lead to flaking particles, hindering the efficient operation of your filtration system. Rust within degassing can also alter the oil's color and reduce its dielectric strength.
