The Integrated Sterilizer and Shredder series SERİBER includes models with 20, 30, 70 and 100 kg/h capacities suitable for dialysis centers, laboratories, clinics and hospitals. These healthcare facilities with our environmentally friendly no-burn technology reduce biomedical waste disposal costs while minimizing the risk of cross-contamination as the entire process is done in one container. The shredder controlled by PLC, thanks to its software that prevents the blades from jamming, rotates in the opposite direction and eliminates possible jamming. Our specially designed STERIBER crusher is capable of grinding very hard materials such as surgical stainless steel instruments and hard ceramics. Our medical waste sterilization and shredding models use only steam and electricity to process highly contagious hospital waste in situ, without emitting harmful substances. The entire process, including the opening and closing of the door, the disintegration and sterilization sequences, is automatic. Depending on the capacity, the total cycle time can be as fast as 15-35 minutes, with up to 150kg of medical waste that can be processed in our clinical waste disposal unit.
