Sarmaşık Machinery Inc. started its industrial journey by starting production of 'bread dough cutting weighing machine' in a 500 m2 manufacturing area in 1974 and quickly found its place in the 'bread and pastry machine industry' by starting production of dough processing machines and prototype bread ovens shortly after. In order to meet the increasing market demand and the need for product variety, it set up one of the most modern factories of the time on an area of 11,000 m2 built on a 4,000 m2 closed area. The rapid development of our country's integration with the world and the beginning of the globalization process in the 1983s directed SARMAŞIK towards 'license and technology cooperation' with the leading foreign companies in the sector, and SARMAŞIK opened up to the outside world. This gave SARMAŞIK the opportunity to share its technology with both our country and the world industry. In line with these advancements, SARMAŞIK continued its investments and in 1989 built a 11,500 m2 modern factory building on a land of 16,000 m2 at the 'Gebze Organized Industrial Zone', equipped its production line with machines and equipment compatible with today's technology. SARMAŞIK, which is still continuing its activities in its new factory, with its computer-aided machine manufacturing line and quality control systems, is raising bakery, bakery, pastry oven, and packaging, including related dough processing machines, to a higher technological level day by day and continues to deliver these products to many bread and bakery manufacturers both domestically and globally. SARMAŞIK, which aims to be a pioneer in the international market, opened its office in B.A.E. Dubai in 2009 to establish itself in the Central Asia and Africa markets and reach its target customers.
