When compared to traditional Ribbon Mixers, MX series Paddle Mixers have superior mixing performance. Thanks to uniquely designed paddles that are more inclined than the ribbons in a Ribbon mixer at the same power consumption, they can mix the material more aggressively and move more material in a single turn.

Paddle Mixers can be used everywhere where Mixers are used, including but not limited to combining, fine mixing, distribution, suspension, emulsifying, deaeration, tempering, accelerating chemical or physical reactions, breaking down agglomerates, etc.

OPERATION PROCESS Mixing vessel is filled to a capacity of 30% to 70% and necessary empty volume is provided within the entire internal volume of the mixer for particles to be evenly distributed. Paddle-shaped mixing elements create dense axial and radial movements, causing the product to move along the mixing area.

The product is automatically discharged while the machine is running to prevent any segregation. The construction material is made entirely of AISI 304 Stainless steel material. Liquid can be added lightly to the powder with heated spraying tank and spraying nozzles, and viscous liquid can be added with a dripping pipe.

(For example; it can be used for perfuming or adding oil.) Due to pneumatic driven product discharge covers that seal the surface completely, no product remains unmixed. With the soft sealing system, bearings are not affected by dust and there is no product accumulation at the main shaft exits.
