Thanks to the wear cutting system of our machine, the gaps between the cups are reduced and the same amount of cups can be produced with less pitch and foil width. Existing machines in the sector are replaced, saving 3.125% on the lower foil and 5.55% on the upper foil. In case of a new hobby getting stuck or if there is a problem with the foil, as in other companies, the foil must be pulled through the machine in order to get it back in shape. This results in wasting of foil as much as the length of the machine and a loss of time in this process. Thanks to the chain system used in our machine, foil can be fed to the chain and the production can be continued immediately. This saves time and foil. In pulling system machines, the advancement of the foil is achieved by holding the foil from one point at the pulling station and pulling it throughout the machine. This makes the foil very sensitive to factors such as cooling of the temperature, having different rigidities and stretching or shortening. For these reasons, slippage occurs in the pitches. It requires constant retuning of stations.
Since the advancement of the foil in the chain system in our machine depends on the advancement speed of the chain, it is not affected by the physical changes of the foil.
Since the foil is held at the edges by a chain, the foil's sagging towards the middle is minimized. In this way, healthier positioning can be achieved. Since this cannot be achieved in pull-out machines, differences can be seen between the middle cup and the side cups.
In pull machines, foil advancement depends on the mechanism. Due to the structure of the mechanism, the potential for mechanical failure is high.
