Our company, which specializes in shredding, has produced the highest quality tree root shredders for the most demanding applications, tree roots. Fixed and Mobile Series tree root shredders have been tried, tested and matured under harsh conditions. With their outstanding reliability, they are capable of processing hard-to-break materials such as tree root. It stands out for its extremely compact and robust design, high availability and process stability.
To assist feeding, there are feed teeth mounted on the inside wall of the hopper. When the rotor is overloaded, the hopper rotates in the opposite direction. Thus, it is not possible to jam the grinder.
It has a wide application area. The shredder can be used for shredding large-scale materials such as tree roots and waste furniture. It is also used for straw bales and small wood waste. Maintenance cost is low. The grinder has a multi-blade rotor structure. When there is no foreign material entering the crusher, the service life of the cutter blades is extended and the maintenance cost is reduced.

When the Root Crusher is working, the electric motor or diesel engine drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. The hopper is slowly rotated by the electric motor. The material is released into the chamber by means of the polyp and is turned on the inner wall as the chamber rotates. The material teeth will transfer the material to the rotor evenly. The high-speed rotating rotor breaks the cutting blades on the rotor by hitting the tree root to ensure the material is pre-shredded. The tree root undergoing the pre-crushing process is ground by its own gravity and by the crushing effect of the rotor.
