This refrigerant gas is a little higher than the r134a refrigerant gas. The ambient temperature can be cooled up to 60 degrees Celsius. After the ambient temperature reaches 60 degrees C, the capacity decreases until 70 degrees C and continues cooling. At 70 degrees C, it stops cooling because it cannot turn from the gas phase to the liquid phase, which is called gas swelling.
The pressure curves of this gas are very close to the pressure curves of r134a gas. The evaporation temperature of this gas is -15.6 degrees C. I do not want to confuse you by writing other pressure values, etc., so it is the best way to understand the capacity of the refrigerant gases to withstand the ambient temperature from the evaporation temperature.
There is a 10 degree evaporation difference between R134a gases and 227 ea refrigerant gas. R134a gas begins to swell at an ambient temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. When the ambient temperature reaches 60 degrees Celsius, cooling is stopped due to gas swelling. Therefore, in very hot environments, they try to overcome this gas swelling problem by making the condenser 3 times or even 4-5 times the size of the evaporator, but as a result, the evaporator is too small. It results in a large condenser and compressor, but the result still does not change much because the chemical structure of the gas and the evaporation temperature do not allow this.
R227 refrigerant gas has enabled this condenser and compressor to become a little smaller, but this gas must be used up to the temperature values I mentioned above, otherwise the problem with R134a gas will also occur with this gas.
In R227 ea refrigerant gas, there should be a difference of 1 unit to 2.5 units between the evaporator and condenser. This ratio is close to r134a gas.
If the ambient temperature exceeds 60 degrees C and the environment is dusty, R236 FA should be considered instead of this gas.
